Delivery & Returns

Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. All items you would like to return must be unused, in their original packaging, with any labels still attached. Once we have received the item(s) a refund or credit note will be issued.
The return cost is borne by the customer, unless it is some fault from us. If the goods are not what you ordered or they are damaged, faulty or missing, please contact us and we will be able to arrange for an exchange at our expense. In that case, we will refund any postage costs.
