We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 24 hours of orders being placed between Monday-Friday before 2.00pm. Any orders placed after 2.00pm on a Friday will usually be processed and dispatched on the Monday. Please note in some cases this may vary. Handmade and custom items, and big orders may take 1-3 days to prepare if not in stock.
All prices set out on the website include VAT at the current EU rate. Any orders placed from outside the EU will not be charged VAT and therefore may incur import duty and taxes. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the EU. For more information on customs charges please contact your customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any customs fees charged.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all EU countries, UK and over 100 countries worldwide. However, exceptions for some shipping destinations may apply. If for some reason we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified within 48 hours (weekends NOT included) after placing your order.

Greece: Courier Service, delivered within 1-2 working days. Cost: 3,00 €
Europe: Hellenic Post service (with tracking number), delivered within 5-12 working days. Cost: 4,00 €
USA: Hellenic Post service (with tracking number), delivered within 15-30 working days. Cost: 5,00 €
Rest of the world: Hellenic Post service (with tracking number), delivered within 20-40 working days. Cost: 5,00 €
